Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) of Storied Technologies (the “Company”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the personal information collected through our mobile application ZenFrame (the “Application”). Data Controller: Refers to the Company, which determines the purposes for which and the manner in which Personal Data is processed, as per APP 6.

Service Provider: Any third party that processes data on behalf of the Company, in line with APP 8, where cross-border disclosures may be necessary.

User: The individual using the Application who is the subject of Personal Data.

Types of Information We Collect

Personal Information

As per APP 1 and 5, we may collect various types of personal information in connection with your use of the Application, including but not limited to:

Identification Data: Full name, phone number, mailing address (State, City, ZIP/Postal Code).

Payment Data: Credit or debit card information and associated billing address for transaction purposes.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, in compliance with APP 3.6 and

CCPA protections for minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us to have this information removed.

Changes to Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our data-handling practices. As per APP 1.4, changes will be effective immediately upon being posted within the Application. You are encouraged to review the Policy regularly to stay informed about our privacy practices.
